Big Wins Happen Here

We’ve crowned world champions and national champions. We’ve crowned team champions and individual champions. And we’ve played host to the championships of the NFL, NCAA, NBA, NHL, and MLB. We’ve hosted the stars and starred as hosts.

No region prides itself on hosting big-time sporting events like Dallas and North Texas – we do it often and we do it well.  We are the only metropolitan area in the United States to have hosted, at least once, each of the signature events listed below. Dallas is a convenient and affordable destination with a championship pedigree that elevates every experience.

But it’s not just our infrastructure and the brick and mortar assets that make Dallas such a sought-after destination for championship events. And we didn’t become the premier destination for championship sporting events by accident.

So while we do have outstanding facilities, accommodations, and entertainment districts (and more of them), it’s as much the people of Dallas who open their arms to our guests, greeting them with the type of Texas Hospitality that has made our region famous. And it doesn’t hurt that sports are in our DNA. We’re suckers for excellence and a good time, and any opportunity we have to roll out the red carpet and be part of a world-class experience, combined with a championship atmosphere and elite competition, we’ll be there in record-setting numbers.
