Allie Dunlap is a seasoned sports event professional with over 12 years of experience in event management and operations for major sporting events. She specializes in volunteer management for large-scale events, leading the design and execution of volunteer programs in collaboration with local host cities.

Throughout her career, Allie has contributed to a diverse array of high-profile events, including those within the PGA TOUR, LPGA, NHL, MLB, IndyCar, ITF, WBC, and NCAA. Her expertise spans operational strategy, logistics, and large-scale event production.

Before joining the North Texas FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee, Allie led the volunteer program for the 2025 NCAA Men’s Final Four. She also served as Senior Event Manager at Eventive Sports, where she played a key role in delivering a wide variety of events from the company’s dynamic portfolio. Earlier in her career, she was the Volunteer Operations Manager for the 2020 PGA Championship—the first major golf tournament held under COVID-19 safety protocols.

Allie’s operational expertise is complemented by a strong passion for mentorship. She remains actively involved with university sports management programs across the U.S., where she guides and inspires emerging professionals in the industry.

A native of Folsom, California, Allie holds a degree in Communications from Arizona State University.
