North Texas Business Connect Program
In preparation for the FIFA World Cup in 2026, the North Texas FWC Organizing Committee is creating the North Texas Business Connect Program to engage with local suppliers to maximize procurement opportunities for goods and services. In anticipation for future major events, we look forward to continuing to engage with local suppliers that meet the necessary qualifications below.
We will require compliance with the FWC2026 Sustainable Sourcing Code and Worker Rights section of the Human Rights Framework. More details will be included in RFPs issued.
Eligibility
To qualify businesses must:
- Be 51% owned by a minority, woman, LGBTQIA+, person with disability, or veteran individual
- Have been in operation and have a physical office in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Kaufman, Parker, Johnson, Ellis, Rockwall, Hood, Parker, and Wise counties
- Be the direct source of the goods and services represented in their bid
- Be in good standing and eligible to do business within the state of Texas.

EXPRESSIONS of Interest SUBMISSION OPPORTUNITY
The FIFA World Cup 26™ (FWC2026) will bring the largest event in sporting history to North America. The event will be held in 16 unique cities across Canada, Mexico, and the United States of America and will feature 48 teams, millions of fans, and more matches than ever before.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) is designed to collect interest, information, capability, references and details from the North American and International supplier community. As part of a transparent, competitive tender process, we will be qualifying suppliers for each commodity or service package, who will subsequently receive the associated RFP package over the coming months. Keep in mind, if you don’t qualify in this round, there will be more opportunities to participate as we move closer to tournament time.

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment REquest for Information (RFI)
FIFA is approaching the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment industry, focusing on suppliers specialized in large scale projects across Canada, Mexico and the USA to:
- Understand market offerings and identify potential suppliers
- Assess sustainability practices and dissolution options
- Understand the logistics support and after-sales service that suppliers can provide
- Gather preliminary cost information
