Jacqueline brings three decades of distinguished experience in public accounting, exempt‑organization leadership, and institutional consulting to her role as Chief Financial Officer for the Dallas FIFA World Cup 26™ efforts. A senior financial executive with deep technical command, she directs the financial strategy, governance, and framework that underpin the execution of one of the largest sporting events ever hosted in North Texas.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, she began her practice under a member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and ultimately rose to partner in a UK200 firm, where she built an international book of business serving high‑net‑worth clients, public companies, nonprofit organizations, expatriates, and other entities with complex reporting needs. Her background spans audit, tax, consulting, and peer review, giving her a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, regulatory standards, and enterprise risk. She is recognized for guiding boards and executive teams through technical and organizational challenges with clarity, practicality, and a focus on long‑term stability.
Jacqueline has supported major public‑private entities, higher‑education institutions, and civic organizations, including her tenure as CFO of The Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau and its affiliated bodies, where she strengthened governance, transparency, and financial sustainability. In addition to her role with the North Texas FWC Organizing Committee, she is the CEO of Praetor Insights and Director of the North Texas Sports Foundation and the Dallas FRAME Foundation.
A Certified Public Accountant, Jacqueline is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the TEGE Exempt Organizations Council.
