Jaime Cabrera is a strategic executive with a passion for building and scaling mission-driven organizations. With a proven track record of driving high-impact initiatives and generating significant revenue, she collaborates with nonprofit, philanthropic, and purpose-driven for-profit leaders to strengthen strategy, operations, partnerships, and financial sustainability.

Having held leadership roles at local and nationally recognized organizations, Jaime brings deep expertise in aligning vision with execution. She has successfully led organizations through growth and transformation, specializing in strategic planning, business development, operational systems, and finance.

Jaime has cultivated relationships with national partners, academic institutions, corporations, community leaders, and government agencies, securing multi-year investments that elevate impact and leave a lasting legacy. Recently, she launched Cabrera Growth Partners, a business and management consulting firm, after 25 years of senior leadership experience across the U.S.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong cross-sector relationships, Jaime helps organizations navigate complexity, accelerate growth, and expand their reach. She holds a Master of Public Health in Management and Policy from UCLA and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

An active community leader, Jaime serves on several boards, including as Chair-Elect and Treasurer of the Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health, Treasurer and Board Member of Mental Health America of Greater Dallas, and as a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Public Policy Advisory Council and the Dallas Foundation Women’s Philanthropy Institute.

As a Dallas resident, Jaime is deeply committed to the region’s future. She is proud to support the North Texas FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee, bringing her passion for partnership, vision, and execution to ensure the event delivers lasting legacy and sustainability to North Texas.
